1. The feeding wheel is driven by the precision servo motor, and each driver is controlled by the professional computer system to perform each step of molding. The slow rise and slow down curve of the servo motor and the speed of the servo motor can be arbitrarily modified according to the needs, so as to eliminate the impact of the mechanical transmission and ensure that the actual transmission iron wire length is consistent with the theoretical calculation length;

2. In the design budget, each mm length has been divided into 50 pulses, which further ensures the setting of length accuracy, and the wire feeding accuracy can be controlled at 300 ± 10 wires;

3. The adjustable hydraulic cutting can ensure the uniformity of the circle incision, and the cutting time and tool withdrawal time can be directly modified on the display;

4. The design has the function of manual slow feeding and slow returning, which is easy to operate and reduces material loss.
